"Something big" aka Unlucky George Washington

Unlucky George Washington is our largest IPA so far. The newest regional IPA style, New England India Pale Ale (NEIPA), is characterised by it’s hazy appearance and it’s smooth, creamy mouthfeel. This is accomplished by mashing different kinds of barley malts with oatmeal and wheat malt. We recommend You to pair it with our delicious burger.

"Project sour" aka Pineapple Apple Pen

Our crisp gose goes under the infamous name Pineapple apple pen. It is a typical gose with a large content of wheat malt in the mash and salt in the boil. We added crushed pineapple in the secondary fermentation step, to make it even more sweet and sour.

We have 12 different beers on tap of which, a few are our own beers, brewed here on location.

Beer brewed at Birri on tap at the moment:

Pineapple Apple Pen - Gose

Unlucky George Washington - New England IPA

Styrkka 2.0 - Oatmeal Pale Ale

Hesa - Saison
